Bheja Masala (Brain in Spicy Curry)

Ingredients:
1  Brain Cow / Goat, wash, take fiber, cut into pieces according to taste.
4 cloves Onion, Medium Size, cut small (cubed)

3 Tomato, cut into small squares.
10 Garlic cloves, crushed.
2 cm ginger, crushed.
½ tsp Jeera (cumin seed)
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1/2sdt Turmeric Powder
3 tbsp Curd
salt to taste
Oil for sauteing.

How to:
1. Put approx. 15 tbsp oil in a pan, put Jeera (cumin seed)
2. After the oil hot, add the onion and saute until fragrant.
3. Enter Garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant ..
4. Enter the tomatoes and stir well.
5. Give Garam Masala, turmeric powder, stir salt
6. Enter the Brain, stirring gently, put curd
7. Give approx. 5 tbsp oil again. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Give Celery. Lift. Serve hot.
