There are people who can quickly adapt, some may require a long time to get a good adjustment to the environment much less food, and that is me!
After a year of living in India, new deh some foods can be quite matches the tongue. Here it includes:
1. Samosa
Many are sold everywhere, a kind of fried
2. Kachori
Roadside snacks,
3. Chicken Biriyani.
Rice and chicken cooked together.
4. Butter Chicken / Mutton
Chicken or meat cooked in onion sauce, spicy taste. Usually eaten with Indian bread / chapati.
5. Mutton Khurma
Meat with sauce, with a sense of more light than Butter Chicken.
6. kheema Pulao
Rice cooked with minced meat
7. Penda and kaju Katri (sweets)
